Searching and Viewing Invoices

To search invoices

  1. Click View > Invoice from the menu bar. The Invoice Search screen opens.
  1. Enter your search criteria, and then click Search. The Invoices that match the search criteria appear in the Invoice Search Results pane.
  2. Select the invoice, and then click Edit from the mini-toolbar. The Invoice screen opens.
  3. Edit the information that you want to change, and then click Save and Close from the toolbar. Your changes are saved and the Invoice screen closes.

Note: Payment Type, Check Number, Invoice #, and Invoice Date are the only fields that are editable.
